Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Andhra Pradesh, on July 09, 2026, issued amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Prohibition (Compounding of Offences) Rules, 2000.

The following has been stated:-

•The amendment revises the Schedule under Rule 5 by replacing the phrase "till the date of notification issued under the same clause (i)" with the specific date "June 30, 2026".

•This change provides a definite reference date for the relevant provision in the Schedule.

•The amendment takes effect from July 09, 2026.
